Develop and furnish a 32,000 sq. ft. site, including the construction of a 16,000 sq. ft. concrete building with a 3,500 sq. ft. mezzanine. The project involved creating separate spaces for a millwork shop, a welding and fabrication shop, and an expansive storage area. Site work included 10,000 sq. ft. of AC paving, a large storage yard, and industrial tree/rock landscaping.
