Vista Mart has long been a neighborhood go-to—a spot to grab a quick bite, fuel up, or hit the taco shop. But the interior was showing its age. The finishes were mismatched, the floor was worn, and the layout had evolved piecemeal over the years.

Pardeep, the owner, wanted to reinvest in the community that had supported him by upgrading the space into something clean, modern, and built to last. The catch? We had to keep the store running while we worked.

With short timelines, high foot traffic, and the building occupied throughout construction, every move had to be precise and planned.

The Strategy

Reyman Brothers Construction implemented a phased approach that enabled Vista Gas to remain operational while we worked behind the scenes. With a tight timeline and high customer volume, we prioritized night work, precise coordination, and custom solutions tailored to a high-traffic retail space.

  • VCT flooring replaced with durable, commercial-grade LVP
  • Office entrance added for back-of-house functionality
  • New signage dewas signed and installed over the drink station
